Glimmera
The competition is about storytelling and designing an entertaining and educational experience to deliver a certain issue to variety of audience. A prompt is given to develop our idea:
“It’s the year 2124, and some of the world’s issues, that used to be prevalent on Earth, have been tackled or eradicated. As these issues may be common throughout the Milky Way, Planet Earth is sharing the knowledge of these solutions to a wider audience to foster the exchange of ideas in the Milky Way.”
In the final showcase, we should be delivering the story and the experience through a 8 minute presentation.
Flower petals
The use of petals pieces over the logo signifying the story is about flowers.
The “r” Design
Inspired and referenced from the flower, Bird of Paradise, which has a unique shape and a meaning of creativity. Bird of Paradise is also the twist throughout our project development - the design of the unique flower found in Glimmera is also inspired from the uniqueness of Bird of Paradise.
